We use an Industries BEST all electric Massive 30 AMP Commercial 3 Plugs Required Carpet eXtraction BEAST with Continuous flow abilities using an Additional 4800W ( 2 more plugs) of on demand HOT water all Powered by a Propane NOT gas Generator the resulting configurations performance is On par with the best systems available yet is Propane/Electric Hybrid running in the truck NOT Gas or worse diesel.

Unlike most providers, we don’t rush the job. We use a high-pressure dual-jet wand, and we move it deliberately, and repeatedly across your carpet — often overlapping each stroke 2 to 4 times based on how dirty the carpet is.

Permanent Carpet Discoloration
Some pale, faded, or even bluish spots on carpet are not traditional stains but the result of a chemical reaction that has permanently altered or removed the carpet’s dye. Common causes include hydrogen peroxide-based cleaners (like “oxy” spot treatments), nail polish remover (acetone), bleach or strong cleaning agents, pet urine, certain medications or skin treatments, and prolonged sun exposure. These reactions can strip color entirely or shift it, sometimes leaving light blue or grayish tones. During the COVID-19 cleaning surge, the heavy use of strong disinfectants and chemicals made this type of discoloration even more common. Unfortunately, once the dye is damaged, no cleaning method can restore the original color — repair typically requires patching or professional dye restoration.

Typical Dry Time: 4–8 hours depending on room size, humidity, and carpet thickness.

For Faster Drying:

Turn your heat or HVAC fan to “ON” to keep air circulating.

Open windows slightly for cross-ventilation if the weather allows.

Use ceiling fans or box fans to boost airflow.

Walking on the carpet before it's dry; wear clean indoor shoes or socks only.

Pro Tip: Dry times may be longer in cooler or humid conditions.
In regards to PSI, our ranger 1200 can go to 1200 psi! Only 500 is ever used in ANY pro set up, more than this is considered able to damage standard carpet and less for upholstery
In regards to the Hole water on demand we use Mytee4800 that delivers NON stop 220 Degree straight up Steam baby STEAM for Days! ( video of this will post here soon)
With a 220 Gal grey water tank we could steam Clean all day w/o stopping to dump and our modular set up allows us to dump straight into the grey water system that Is reg drains in buildings (these do not go directly to the ocean but rather the treatment plant 1st)
Its all powered by our propane powered 13,000 W Predator Generator right off professional hose reels of 200feet
