DETAIL CLEANING PRICING OPTIONS

*Hourly total may be higher or lower based on actual hours worked.

Heavily soiled homes will be contacted ahead of work beginning for updated Pricing
if it is determined
upon arrival that they are excessively out of normal soiled ranges

*Service Guarantee*

Once EJD completes your Move out cleaning If there is ever a call back from the Property Management Company for missed cleaning
(Which Never Happens due to our extreme thoroughness)
we will handle it without any further billing!

💰 PRICING STRUCTURE

• Hourly Labor billed at $40 per hour

• Max rate listed above if Estimate hours go over max range.

• Both hourly and flat rate pricing include a one-time $40 fee for admin, supplies, and equipment cleanup

• Hourly Time tracked accurately from start to finish

• Breaks are deducted and not billed for Hourly

• Carpet Steam Cleaning Bundled with a Move out detail clean IF Needed is a separate Flat rate of $169 for min to average size and UPTO $299 for large homes with carpeted stairs and $199 is the Min rate for this service if it is stand alone service w/o a detail move out clean.

*eXtrmely large homes over 4000 sq ft need a fully custom quote.

📌 BILLING DETAIL

Hourly (is what your invoice is based on if it is within Estimated RANGE)

• Typically stays in this range BUT is capped at Max rate if hrs. exceed Range estimates

• Labor; You pay only for actual time worked OR Max rate Never More.

Flat Rate

• Fixed max price if hr's exceed estimates ( you will NOT pay more than that amount )

• No change to MAX rate regardless of MORE time required

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Well-maintained homes typically fall on the lower end of the range

• Properties most often require more cleaning than clients initially expected

• Heavy cabinet count or built-ins can increase time

• 1 example ; More than 2.5 bathrooms will increase total labor time but with EJD you are protected with a Hard max cap that your final detail labor portion of bill cannot go over.
