Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Inside and outside of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)

Cabinet, drawer, and closet wipe downs

Baseboard, Blinds, window sill, and door frame cleaning

Full vacuuming and mopping of all floors

High-touch surface sanitization (light switches, handles, etc.)

Basic Trash removal ( No Large items see add on Junk removal below for that)

Most janitorial services overlook walls completely — we don’t. We thoroughly dust entire walls, corners, and needed ceiling areas using soft dusters lightly treated with an antibacterial solution to ensure dust removal & hygiene. For spot cleaning, we use dampened janitorial hand towels with the same safe solution. Gentle strokes protect wall finishes while effectively removing all dust, cobwebs, and 99.9% of surface marks where these careful methods can accomplish it, deep scuff marks may not be removable via these methods. The result: clean, fresh walls without damage.

2-bedroom home or apartment — $250–$350
3-bedroom home — $350–$450
Larger homes (4+ bedrooms) — Custom quote (starting at $450+)

Property must be empty at the time of service *except in case of add on junk removal.

🧼 Carpet Cleaning (entire home, flat rate): sq ft considers carpets size only not house

$90 flat rate for up to 500 sq ft

$150 flat rate for above 500 sq ft up to 1,500 sq ft

$0.15/sq ft beyond that
