We clean your entire facility each visit — not just part of it. If we clean only once per week, that visit takes roughly twice as long as a single day in a 5x/week plan, because everything has accumulated. This is reflected in the Time Multiplier, which helps explain why the cost per visit goes up as service frequency goes down.

🔍 What Types of Floors Need Waxing?

Only certain resilient floors benefit from wax or finish:

✅ Floors that should be waxed:

  • Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) – classic commercial tile, needs regular waxing.

  • Linoleum – can be waxed but needs gentler finish.

  • Rubber tile (some types) – needs a finish, check manufacturer.

  • Concrete (polished or sealed) – sometimes finished for shine, especially indoors.

🚫 Floors that should NOT be waxed:

  • Ceramic tile / porcelain – doesn’t absorb wax, gets slippery and ugly.

  • Natural stone (marble, granite, etc.) – usually sealed, not waxed.

  • Laminate flooring – wax can ruin it.

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) – most are no-wax, just clean regularly.

  • Hardwood – usually sealed or urethane-coated; waxing can damage modern finishes.

  • If add on; Overhauls are completed as a separate service after your last REGULAR service of the week fri. so/Over the weekend and sometimes requires more than a single day i.e. sat and sun may be required:​​​

  • Under desk wires bundles and corners under desks dusted with solution treated dusters or damp towel wiped

  • Desks Chair mats completely wet wiped and scuffs removed

  • Desks Chair hardware wet wiped

  • All workstations DETAIL dusted, sanitized and wiped off including chairs, desks, keyboards, phones, and all surfaces 

  • Monitors all around even wires, Screen build up is initially harder to completely remove than during maintenance aka reg. weekly service highlighting the need for overhauls to bring your building up to TOP standards

  • Blinds optionally cleaned 

  • All interior glass partitions and frames completely cleaned 

  • All surfaces wet wiped and or dusted with clean treated dusters

  • All window interiors professionally washed and squeegeed including frames AND Corners does not include exterior windows 

  • Breakrooms and kitchens corner to corner Sanitizer Scrubbed and wiped with proper grit (white) pads & Detailed COMPLETELY Including all dimensions of cabinets and counter drawers inside, out, on Top and under, table legs, chair rails etc.

  • Bathrooms disinfected, corner to corner Sanitizer Scrubbed and wiped with proper grit pads (different for some areas here)  & Detailed COMPLETELY wet wiped top to bottom (toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, floors, including base boards

  • Executive board meeting rooms detailed including all wood furniture detail polished with hi quality wood polish

  • All ceiling, wall and corners dusted with clean solution treated dusters 

  • Walls wiped and removable scuffs removed behind fixtures 

  • All fixtures cleaned with methods appropriate for their build

  • Behind the refrigerator and or under vending machines

  • Complete freezer and refrigerator inside and out wet wiped and sanitized

  • All wet wiping is done with sanitizer solution ​

Fee for Overhaul/Deep Clean is equal to 1 month service rate at 5days a week in your respective pricing category regardless of your actual frequency ie if you are at exactly 29,000 sq ft it would then be $3480
