1. Know Your Surfaces — PSI Matters/Notes
 

Different surfaces require different pressure levels and nozzle types to avoid damage and get a proper clean:
 

Surface PSI Notes
 

Concrete (driveway, patio) - 3000 – 4000 PSI - Can handle high PSI & aggressive nozzles
 

Brick or stone - 2500 – 3000 PSI - We Watch for mortar wear — fan nozzle
 

Vinyl siding - 1300 – 1900 - PSI Low pressure — Avoids forcing water inside
 

Wood (fences, decks) - 500 – 1200 PSI - We always use low pressure to avoid gouging

3. Basic Workflow Breakdown
 

✅ Driveway & More

Step 1 – Careful Inspection

We start by walking the area with you, pointing out oil stains, cracks, and worn spots. We explain which stains can be fully removed and which may only lighten, so you know exactly what to expect.
 

Step 2 – Prep Work

We sweep away dirt, gravel, and debris to get a clean work surface. If there are fresh oil spills, we blot and absorb them before cleaning.
 

Step 3 – Pre‑Treatment

For tough stains, we apply a professional‑grade degreaser and let it soak in. This loosens oil and grime so they can be flushed out instead of just pushed around.
 

Step 4 – Surface Cleaner Deep Clean

Our commercial surface cleaner tackles large, flat areas like driveways and patios, giving an even, streak‑free finish without striping or patchiness.
 

Step 5 – Boom Cleaning for Siding & Tall Surfaces

For house siding, garage walls, and tall structures, we switch to our boom system — letting us safely clean vertical areas without ladders or damage.
 

Step 6 – Wand Detailing for Edges & Small Areas

We use a precision wand for spots the surface cleaner can’t reach — like stairs, edges, tight corners, and trim — making sure nothing is missed.
 

Step 7 – Extra Spot Treatment

If any stubborn stains remain (like deep oil spots), we treat them again by hand with degreaser and rinse thoroughly for the best possible result.
 

Step 8 – Final Wash for a Perfect Finish

We wrap up with a wide rinse over every cleaned surface — driveway, siding, stairs — to remove any leftover cleaner and leave everything looking uniform and fresh.
 

Step 9 – Sealing for Long‑Lasting Protection

After the driveway is fully dry, we come back to seal it.

First, we sweep or blow off any dust and debris so the surface is completely clean.

Then we spray on a professional penetrating sealer in smooth, even passes, making sure the edges and tight spots are brushed in so nothing gets missed.

We let the sealer soak into the concrete and, if it absorbs quickly, we add a light second coat.

Once it’s applied, we leave the driveway alone so the sealer can cure, keeping cars, pets, and foot traffic off it for about a day.

This simple step locks out oil, grease, and water so the driveway stays protected and looking great for years.

• We Use eye protection and waterproof boots
