At EJD Pro Services, my base labor rate is $40 per hour, with a simple one-time $40 Admin, Supplies & Equipment Cleanup Fee added to each job.

That fee covers the important work that happens before and after the actual cleaning: scheduling, job planning, supplies, equipment prep, and the full cleanup of tools and brushes once the job is finished.

A major part of my process is equipment sanitation. Brushes, tools, and cleaning equipment are washed and soaked in bleach after each use, so every client receives clean, properly maintained equipment brought into their home or property. This helps keep the process sanitary, professional, and consistent from job to job.

I keep pricing simple and fair because I work efficiently. I bring strong cleaning solutions, proven methods, quality tools, and real hands-on speed to every job. That means I can often move through work faster than a basic cleaner while still delivering a much deeper and more detailed result.

Breaks are never billed. When breaks are taken, that time is deducted from the invoice. I also provide an after-job report and a clear summary of charges so clients know exactly what was done, how the time was used, and what they are paying for.

I believe in honest billing. I am fully transparent with my time, and when rounding is needed, I round in the client’s favor.

To keep scheduling fair and worthwhile, there is a $120 total minimum for service.

Every visit includes a thorough, detailed clean — no shortcuts, no surprise fees:

Full Kitchen Detail: Counters, appliance exteriors, cabinet faces, sinks — all wiped and polished
Bathroom Sanitization: Toilet, shower, sinks, mirrors, and chrome fixtures cleaned to a shine
Floors: Vacuumed and mopped throughout the home
Dusting: All reachable surfaces, window sills, furniture tops, Blinds
Baseboards + Trim: Wiped down as part of every visit
Light Tidying & Bed Making: Upon request
Trash Removal to your bins: Re-lined with your bags or ours @ .25 ea.
Most Pro Residential Cleaning services overlook walls completely — we don’t. We thoroughly dust entire walls, corners, and needed ceiling areas using soft dusters lightly treated with an antibacterial solution to ensure dust removal & hygiene. For spot cleaning, we use dampened janitorial hand towels with the same safe solution. Gentle strokes protect wall finishes while effectively removing all dust, cobwebs, and 99.9% of surface marks where these careful methods can accomplish it, deep scuff marks may not be removable via these methods. The result: clean, fresh walls without damage.
