We specialize in full-scale post-construction cleaning, transforming newly built or renovated properties into pristine, move-in-ready homes. Our services are executed in three critical stages, followed by a final walkthrough, ensuring every surface, corner, and detail is construction-free and inspection-ready.
🧱 Stage 1 – Initial Clean (Contractor must order an onsite construction debris dumpster we cannot provide this service at all)
Timing: After contractors finish major trades (drywall, plumbing, electrical); before flooring or carpet install.
What We Do:

Hauling of debris and leftover materials (drywall scraps, trimmings, wire pieces, etc. into onsite provided dumpster)

Full surface wipe-downs: walls, framing, trim, counters, and fixtures

Sweeping and vacuuming to prepare for flooring install

Sticker and label removal

Note: We do not provide dumpsters — builder or GC must ensure one is on-site before we begin.
Why it Matters:
Contractors save big when they let us handle cleanup over using tradesmen at subcontractor rates.
🧼 Stage 2 – Detail Clean
Timing: After flooring install, before final clean.
What We Do:

Floor cleaning: tile, laminate, hardwood, Carpets — all dust and construction residue removed

Deep window cleaning (including glass, sills, and frames)

Non-scratch stucco/glue removal using proprietary techniques

All surfaces cleaned again: cabinets, shelving, ledges, counters, doors, trim, etc.
🧽 Stage 3 – Final Clean
Timing: Right before final inspection or client hand-off.
What We Do:

Third round of complete surface wipe-downs; Yes we literally clean every surface 3 full times because that IS what it takes.

Window polish (final glass check, sills, and corners dust-free)

Floor polishing AND or mopping

Full Steam carpet cleaning

Detail-level attention: outlet covers, fixtures, vent covers, etc.
✅ Stage 4 – Walkthrough & Touch-Up
What We Do:

Final walkthrough with builder/GC

Spot checks of every area
-
Clean up after any last-minute trades

Touch-ups or final detailing as needed, if timed right this should either be un needed or minimal.

Larger Custom Homes (4,000+ sq ft)
➤ Custom quote only — site visit required
Add-ons & Special Situations:

Extra trades re-entry cleanup: +$50–$300

Multi-structure sites (detached garages, ADUs, etc.): 0.90$ sq ft

Builders are responsible for providing a construction dumpster, EJD Pro Services cannot haul debris if none is available.
