Our Turnover Services Include:

• Full cleaning of all living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms

• Fresh bed linens and towel replacements (owner-provided)

• Laundry  (see note below)

• Surface sanitizing and high-touch area disinfection

• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting throughout including blinds

• Restocking essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps (owner-supplied)

• Trash removal and bin relining (liners provided or billed at .25 ea)

• Visual inspection and reporting of any damages or issues

• Bed bug check included with every turnover

Pricing: ( depends on size ) 

• Studio or 1-Bedroom Unit
  📏 Typically: 300 – 750 sq ft
  💵 Price: $75–$85 per turnover

• 2-Bedroom Unit
  📏 Typically: 750 – 1,100 sq ft
  💵 Price: $85–$120 per turnover

​

• 3-Bedroom Unit
  📏 Typically: 1,100 – 1,500 sq ft
  💵 Price: $120–$160 per turnover

• Larger Homes (4+ Bedrooms)
  📏 Typically: 1,500 – 2,500+ sq ft
  💵 Price: $120–$250+ depending on size and layout

• Larger homes (Over 2,500+ sq ft) — Custom quote (typically $250–$350) Huge Homes will be More.

Extra Services (Add-Ons):

• Deep clean add-on (recommended after long stays) — +$50–$100 Huge Homes will be More. 

🧺 Important Laundry Note:

🔄 Important Requirements for cost effective Turnover Service:

• So that we may provide thee best rates we require that All dirty laundry must be removed from the property by the owner before our arrival OR Provide us a designated dirty laundry holding unit for your retrieval. (utility only designated closet w optional lock or similar works good for this) 

• A full second set of clean linens and towels must be available on-site to us but NOT that the guests can get to  so we can complete turnover quickly and efficiently. (utility only designated closet w optional lock or similar works good for this) 

• We do not handle laundry washing during turnovers.

• Our service is scheduled between guest check-out and check-in times. Please ensure access during that window.
